Como es de gran conocimiento, la situacion actual de nuestro pais ha ido en detrimiento de nuestra capacidad adquisitiva y por ende, muchas familias han tenido que ahorrar para poder asi subsistir. Esta situacion, unida a la educacion actual de nuestros jovenes, que en muchos casos, deja mucho que desear, ya sea por el entorno donde residen y/o por situaciones familiares que aquejan a muchas familias en nuestro pais, ha hecho que los programas de cadetes en Puerto Rico ...
